Here's how SnipFic's Android launch went
Hint: it was pretty awesome
Hey guys!
I’m happy to announce that SnipFic’s Android launch went very well. There weren’t any massive issues (only a few bugs that I’ve since fixed in today’s update), and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
In the first 24 hours, around 1,300+ new users joined the community! Interestingly, about 500 of those came from iOS. Every day since, SnipFic writers have published roughly 2,000 original stories per day!
It is incredible to me that so many people are joining this platform. Thank you all so much for the support and feedback.
Most of all, thank you to all the Android users who beared with me for three months as I navigated Android development. I know the wait was rough, but I wanted to make sure the Android version of SnipFic was as good as possible.

Downloaded it today and love it. I'm blind, and I was wondering if you'll be working towards making it a bit more accessible. Right now there are a few unlabeled buttons, and the like, share, save buttons are also just numbers. You can't swipe to see the next story in the feed with a screenreader on either - I'm using talkback on android, if that helps.
